Could you please quote me the price of curtains directly?
The price of drapery or shades is determined by factors like the fabric, dimensions (length and width), and the style of pleats. After providing details such as fabric type, size, color, and any extra features, the total cost will be instantly calculated and shown.It is more convenient to use the curtain purchase page.

Would you like to remove the item from your cart?
Items in your cart can be removed individually by clicking the minus (-) icon or all at once by selecting Remove. You can also change the quantity by simply entering your desired number.
Are there two prices showing at checkout?
For custom window treatments, the total price consists of two components: the Base Price and the Custom Price. The Base Price represents the starting cost of the product, which includes standard features and materials. The Custom Price accounts for any additional customizations, such as adjustments to width, length, header style, padding, or other personalized options.
Can I modify a custom curtain order?
For custom orders, you can change the specifications of your curtain order after 12 hours of purchase, but we will charge you a fee of 25% of the product price. This fee covers the costs associated with adjusting the production process.

After your order has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. If you don’t see it shortly after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. Should the email still be missing, feel free to reach out to us at sxyuexin@outlook.com for support.
Cancellation Policy
All items, except for customized products, can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order is shipped or within 12 working hours after payment confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will be provided with the carrier's name and a tracking number. Please note that cancellations are not permitted after the order has been shipped.
For customized products, any cancellation or modification request—such as changes to size, color, material, etc.—submitted more than 12 hours after the order has been placed will incur a charge of 25% of the product's price. Customized orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Is it possible to exchange?
For custom products that meet your order specifications, we generally do not accept exchanges. We only accept exchanges for damaged or defective items. The exchanged product must match the original order details, including size, title style, color, lining, and other specifications. Please contact us via email at sxyuexin@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request a replacement for damaged items. Make sure to retain all packaging, both external and internal, and provide photos of the packaging and product as evidence. Once your request is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement.
Are there any physical stores available?
You can currently explore and purchase our products online through our website. That said, we are evaluating the possibility of offering our services in physical stores as part of future expansion plans.

Most of our curtains are sold individually, meaning a quantity of 1 refers to a single panel. However, certain products, like trimmed curtains, are sold in pairs. For precise details, please review the quantity information provided on the product page.

Memory training is a valuable technique that helps curtains maintain their shape and neatly defined pleats over time.
How to Adjust Pin Hooks on Drapery?
Adjusting the pin hooks is a simple process. To lower a hook, gently slide it down to your preferred position. To raise it, pull the hook completely downward and remove it through the open bottom. Then, reinsert it at your chosen height to achieve the ideal fit.
Drapery - Hooks Equipped with Orders?
Orders for pleated curtains include various types of hooks to suit different styles: adjustable pin hooks are provided for pinch pleat, tailor pleat, triple pleat, and triple tailor pleat designs. Metal pin hooks are included for goblet pleat and inverted box pleat styles. Additionally, plastic adjustable pin hooks allow for a length adjustment of up to 3 inches. Please note that curtain rods and rings must be purchased separately.
Drapery - Double-Width Lead in Splice-up with Sewn?
Double-width curtains are made by combining two fabric panels to accommodate larger windows. This creates a vertical seam, often referred to as a splice-up, where the fabrics are joined. This step is necessary because standard fabric rolls are not wide enough to cover such windows without a seam, ensuring the curtains provide adequate coverage and a polished appearance. For pinch pleat, tailor pleat, inverted box pleat, and goblet styles, the need for a seam depends on both the finished length and width of the curtain. If the finished length exceeds 108 inches, the maximum width achievable without a seam is 56 inches. However, if the finished curtain length is 108 inches or less, there is no width limitation requiring a seam. For lengths exceeding this threshold, double-width construction with a vertical seam becomes necessary. For triple pleat and triple tailor pleat styles, slightly different dimensions apply. When the finished length is over 108 inches, the maximum width achievable without a seam is 50 inches. If the length is 108 inches or less, there are no restrictions on the finished curtain width with regard to seams. For lengths beyond 108 inches, double-width construction with a vertical seam is required to achieve the desired dimensions.

Drapery - How to Hang Curtains with a Flat Hook Header?
For hanging curtains with a flat hook header, start by inserting the flat hooks into the back of the curtain at evenly spaced intervals, making sure they align with the curtain rings or track gliders. Adjust the depth of the hooks to set the preferred curtain height, and then secure them onto the rings or track for a neat and tailored finish.
What is the narrowest width available for grommet drapery?
It is recommended that the minimum width is no less than 22 inch. The finished product smaller than 22 inch will have poorer effect.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. Boxes?
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. To guarantee successful delivery, all orders must be sent to physical street locations, such as residential or business addresses.
Would you like to update the delivery address?
The delivery address cannot be modified once the order has been shipped or is ready for collection. To request a change, please reach out to us promptly before the order is dispatched.

Cancellation
For all products, except for made-to-order items, orders can be canceled for a full refund at any point before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the carrier details along with the tracking number. Orders canceled within 12 business hours of payment confirmation qualify for a full refund. If production on an order has already started, cancellation is still possible; however, 25% of the product price will be charged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Made-to-order products that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
VAT & Duties
Any applicable duties and VAT will be your responsibility. These charges are determined by the customs and tax regulations of your country.
Returns and Refunds
Time Limit for Returns
We accept all reasonable return requests and will process them within 15 days of receiving your notification. Please remember to inspect the products promptly upon delivery. If you find that the items are defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of receipt at sxyuexin@outlook.com. To assist with your claim, we require the shipping label from the package and photos clearly showing the condition of the items. After reviewing your submission, if we confirm the products are defective, we will take one of the following actions at our discretion: issue a full refund for the product's price, repair the product, or provide a replacement. You will be notified by email regarding our decision. Please ensure all returned items are in brand-new condition, unused, and retain their original tags and packaging.
Refund Policy Limits
Once returned items are received, we will inspect them to ensure they are in brand-new condition, unused, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging. Based on this inspection, we will decide whether to provide a full refund for the price of the product or to repair or replace the item. You will be notified via email about the action taken. If your return meets our criteria and you submit the required photos of the product defect along with the shipping label, we will process a refund for the full cost of your purchase immediately after confirming the return package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 days. Please note that prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments or discount refunds. Additionally, we do not issue refunds for lost packages but will instead provide a replacement. If you do not receive your refund within the 3–10 day time frame, it is possible that your original account has been frozen, and the transaction cannot proceed.
